I've been to this location several times this year and everytime I've received very prompt and courteous service. I'm always greeted once I enter the door and Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable of pricing.
I have had nothing but exceptional service with this location. Their prices are excellent and the customer service is great. One nice addition is that not only can I ship, but I can have copies and printing completed for personal and professional project. I drive the extra miles to ship from their store.
This rating reflects this particular store, rather than UPS or UPS stores as a whole. When you need a convenient option for UPS services, this store is a good option. I've found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Usually, things move quickly and they are able to get you on your way in short order.
Horrible service. The sales associates were condescending and rude. Kris spoke to me like she was speaking to a child. I will never go back here again.
Everything there is overpriced. Their prices for printing are very inconsistent. One time it is 19 cents per page for color the next time 38 cents per page. The should publish their prices and not have someone quote them on a per inquiry basis. The same goes for boxes. They are priced three times what they cost from U-Line. I can see doubling the price but 3X is just overcharging. The people working there try to be nice but the current management can be very hard to deal with. I would use them more if they did not overcharge for everything. I use USPS most times anymore just so I don't have to deal with the inconsistent management decisions and prices. The owner died recently and it was a loss so maybe things will get better.
Don't miss: they offer notary services for a small fee!
